At Modeshy, every piece we offer has lived a life before yours—and that’s exactly what makes it special. As a small business focused on pre-loved and vintage fashion, we take care to curate items with character, quality, and history.

Because these treasures are not brand new, some gentle signs of wear are to be expected. We always do our best to clearly describe any flaws or unique features in both the product description and photos, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

That said, we understand that shopping online—especially for vintage—can come with a few uncertainties. Here's how we handle returns:

🛍️ Returns for Items Not As Described

If your item arrives and it’s significantly different from the description or photos, we will gladly accept a return and cover return shipping costs. We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us.

📏 Wrong Size? We’ve Got You.

If the item simply doesn’t fit quite right, we offer store credit or Refunds, excluding shipping. once the item is returned in its original condition. In these cases, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

To help avoid sizing issues, we include detailed measurements on each listing and recommend double-checking your own measurements before purchasing using a measuring tape.  All items are measured laid flat.  Please contact the admin if you have any questions regarding fit.

Although we are very careful to stock quality items, All our pieces are pre-loved, vintage, or reclaimed. Minor wear is part of their journey—but we promise transparency at every step.  Check photo's carefully.
