High turtle neckline with a double button loop fastening at the rear neck closure. Gathering at the center throat into a plunging keyhole split bodice. Structured sleeveless shoulder straps are heavily gathered and ruched at the center seam, connected to the neckband via narrow fabric straps to create a cold-shoulder cutout effect.
